Long Beach, CA – (KAL Capital Markets) – DTC, a Codan company and provider of advanced tactical communications systems, has acquired Adaptive Dynamics, Inc., a U.S.-based specialist in anti-jamming and interference mitigation technologies for mission-critical communications and Assured Positioning Navigation and Timing.
Adaptive Dynamics brings more than 20 years of experience developing advanced algorithms and RF technologies that preserve communications performance in congested and contested electromagnetic environments. The company’s capabilities span intentional and unintentional interference cancellation, signal enhancement, and adaptive filtering techniques for defense and national security systems.
The acquisition advances DTC’s strategic goal of improving the resilience, reliability, and operational effectiveness of its communications solutions across land, maritime, and airborne domains.
